March 12, It IS FREEZING This is a bath house it is supposed to be warm but in order to save money the place is kept very cold, the lobby where the staff works is kept at a nice temperature but the second floor where the lockers and rooms are located is freezing, the clients have to wear t shirts because just a towel is not enough, if you complaint to the staff they say that there is no manager on duty and that there is nothing they can do.

The staff is very rude, spatially, this only old white guy that works there and who has been there for many years, he is very rude and very unprofessional.
